怎樣用粟粉加高筋粉變成低筋及中筋粉, 好似幾有用, 那我就不用買低筋粉啦, 又可以減少浪費 ~ 借分享...

中筋麵粉:
1. 可用高筋粉、低筋粉各半混合
2. 可用82%高筋粉加18%玉米粉混合

低筋麵粉:

1. 可用73%以下高筋粉加27%以上玉米粉混合
2. 可用90%以下中筋粉加10%以上玉米粉混合
